Invalid (2023)

It is 1998 and Laco – a grumpy museum janitor, loses his temper in an argument with his son once again. But this time, it starts a downward spiral in which he is robbed and beaten by local mafia thugs, ending up paralyzed and in a wheelchair. With his family and his body shattered, Laco is all alone – except for his new „guardian angel“, a kind-hearted Roma named Gabo. Struggling with his new life and his own racism, Laco pours his anger into a single purpose – vengeance.
